Hong Kong, Oct 14, 2021 (AFP)
Mainland Chinese markets finished Thursday on a negative note after data showed Chinese producer prices rose last month at their fastest pace in a quarter of a century owing to a spike in energy costs.
The Shanghai Composite Index dipped 0.10 percent, or 3.48 points, to 3,558.28, while the Shenzhen Composite Index on China's second exchange added 0.20 percent, or 4.87 points, to 2,399.26.
Hong Kong was closed for a holiday.
