29th December 2025 - (Hong Kong) The Hang Seng Index opened 109 points, or 0.43 percent, higher on Monday, starting the session at 25,928.
The China Enterprises Index climbed 52 points, or 0.59 percent, to 8,967, while the Technology Index advanced 48 points, or 0.88 percent, to 5,547.
Among major constituents, BYD Company Limited opened 3.5 percent higher, and Geely Automobile Holdings gained 3.3 percent at the open, providing notable support to the broader market.
